media day posing guide
Each gymnast will take 4 simple photos for the team picture:
After these 4 poses, each gymnast will get to take two of their own, unique poses. It is a good idea to practice these poses ahead of time. Try not to pick poses that hide your child's face or may be difficult for them to perform. Kicks and leaps look great but can be very difficult to perform while posing. These are advanced skills for photo day. We have a whole book of gymnastics poses ranging from easy to advanced and will be happy to help if needed.
